Bohler Engineering Group in Warren, NJ is seeking a Design Engineer who is ready to grow, tackle new challenges, and contribute to land development across the Greater New York/New Jersey Metro Area. You will support site design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver practical, buildable solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
2+ years of site design experience on residential/commercial/industrial projects.
Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and basic engineering design principles.
Attention to detail with a curiosity to learn new tools.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing site layout, grading, utilities, and stormwater plans.
Conduct research, prepare reports, and support due diligence investigations.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to deliver coordinated design packages.
Perform design calculations and drafting using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Support permitting efforts with local and state agencies.
Contribute ideas to help solve engineering challenges.
