Job summary

Impact Recruitment partners with a growing engineering firm in Greenwich, CT, seeking a Civil Design Engineer with experience on private development and municipal projects.

You will design site development plans with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, run HydroCAD models, navigate permitting, and support field oversight while collaborating on proposals and project planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE).
• EIT Certification.
• 2+ years of experience in site design, grading, drainage, and permitting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D & HydroCAD.
• Strong knowledge of stormwater hydrology/hydraulics and land development permitting.
• Familiarity with land surveying techniques and construction administration.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a dynamic team environment.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
