Impact Recruitment is partnering with a growing engineering firm in Plymouth, Minnesota. This role focuses on site design, grading, drainage, and permitting within Minnesota.

You will contribute to Civil 3D drafting and design, stormwater calculations, and coordinating with municipalities. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Civil Engineering with an EIT certification and 2+ years of Minnesota site development experience; proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and strong communication and project

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE).
• EIT Certification with the ability to obtain PE within 5 years.
• 2+ years of experience in site design, grading, drainage, and permitting in Minnesota.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Strong knowledge of land development permitting.
• Familiarity with land surveying techniques and construction administration.

Impact Recruitment is partnering with a growing engineering firm Plymouth, Minnesota. This position will focus on site design, grading, drainage, and permitting in Minnesota.

What You’ll Do

Your position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, supporting projects with: Civil 3D drafting and design, stormwater management calculations and permitting, earthwork calculations, submittals/permitting with municipalities and agencies and coordination with clients/architects/subconsultants/contractors.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) EIT Certification (with the ability to obtain PE within 5 years)
• 2+ years of experience in site design, grading, drainage, and permitting in Minnesota
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D
• Strong knowledge of land development permitting
• Familiarity with land surveying techniques and construction administration
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a dynamic team environment
• Excellent communication and project management skills
