Job summary

Stratus is seeking a Civil Design Engineer in Wilkesboro, NC to prepare detailed civil drawings and support grading, drainage, and utility plan production under licensed engineers and project managers. The Role

This role involves preparing detailed technical drawings, developing site layouts, and supporting the production of grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans. Working under the direction of licensed engineers and project managers, the Civil Design Engineer contributes to design accuracy, regulatory compliance, and overall project delivery. You'll be required to manage multiple design tasks, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and apply advanced design tools to produce high-quality construction documents. This position plays a key role in translating engineering concepts into detailed plans and supporting projects from initial planning through permitting.
