Job summary

Career Collective is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Site Development team on projects for municipalities, institutions, campuses, retail, and developers. You’ll contribute from concept design through construction documents and support construction administration.

The role emphasizes land development and site design, waterline and sewer plan development, stormwater, grading, and coordination with clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience or interest in land development/site development.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Understanding of grading, utilities, stormwater, and site design.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and project stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and continue developing technical skills.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design land development and site improvement projects.
