Job summary

Dewberry Engineers Incorporated in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Designer/CADD Technician to join our Civil/Land Development Group. The role focuses on design and plan set preparation for residential, multi-family, and commercial projects, including grading, pipe networks, and profiles.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in land development, with AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred. You will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and staff across phases of civil engineering and site

Qualifications

• Provide drafting and design services by preparing and maintaining AutoCAD Civil 3D engineering drawings that compile to create a set of permitable plans.
• Prepare designs from general instruction and preliminary sketches, diagrams or schematics.
• Prepare working drawings from conceptual plan, to PSP or Development Plan, final engineering documents and construction record drawings.
• Coordinate with other team members including engineers, managers, administrative staff and construction staff members.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with emphasis in land development projects.

Responsibilities
