Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of land development drafting experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
• Strong CAD drafting and design capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with good organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings for permit sets.
• Create designs from sketches and preliminary plans.
• Produce working drawings from concept to final design documents.
• Coordinate with engineers, managers, and field staff; perform site inspections.
