Kimley-Horn is seeking Engineering graduates to join our Scottsdale, Arizona office in 2027. This is not a remote position.

You will use technical software to analyze, produce, and QC client deliverables, contribute to pre-construction civil design and permitting, and collaborate across disciplines to turn client visions into reality. Expect to learn AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and GIS as you grow in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree expected by Summer 2027.
• Majors include Civil/Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering, or Engineering Technology.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, produce, and QC deliverables using technical software on a regular basis to support clients.
• Contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects.
• Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize client visions for the built environment.
• Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations, and Kimley-Horn's practices and standards.
• Analysts will learn software programs such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and GIS.

Education
