Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 5+ years of civil defense litigation experience.
• Admitted to practice law in Florida.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution via trial, dismissal, or settlement.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Argue motions and other case dispositions in Court.
• Meet with clients, prepare case analysis, and provide strategic legal advice.
• Conduct and manage all phases of discovery including depositions and witness preparation.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services.
