You will review medical records when needed, coordinate depositions, track deadlines, and communicate professionally with clients and litigants. The position offers a salary of $65,000 to $75,000 per year plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of civil defense litigation, from initial case preparation through resolution.
• Draft, prepare, and organize pleadings, discovery documents, correspondence, and litigation materials.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and other litigation-related activities.
• Assist with discovery responses, document production, and case file management.
• Review, summarize, and organize medical records and other case-related documentation as needed.
• Prepare trial materials, exhibits, witness files, and supporting documentation.
• Track case deadlines, maintain accurate records, and help ensure litigation matters move forward efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, and other parties involved in litigation.
