Confidential Employer in Cleveland, OH is seeking a paralegal with 3+ years of civil defense litigation to support attorneys through all phases of case preparation. The role is on-site and emphasizes detailed document handling, discovery management, and precise deadline tracking.

You will draft and organize pleadings, coordinate depositions, review medical records when needed, and assist with discovery responses and case file management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on civil defense litigation experience.
• Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures, discovery, and case preparation.
• Experience preparing litigation documents and supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines accurately.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team.
• Medical record review experience is a plus, not a requirement.
