Qualifications
20+ years of experience in a construction role is desired.
Prior experience working with cities, counties, or local municipalities preferred.
Good driving record and valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
Review project budget and schedule.
Perform construction observation activities.
Maintain a field book per project procedures.
Prepare Inspector’s Daily Reports.
Report on progress, technical issues, and deficiencies.
