Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in a construction role is desired.
• Prior experience working with cities, counties, or local municipalities preferred.
• Good driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Review project budget and schedule.
• Perform construction observation activities.
• Maintain a field book per project procedures.
• Prepare Inspector’s Daily Reports.
• Report on progress, technical issues, and deficiencies.
