Job summary

Southern Industrial Constructor, INC. is seeking a Superintendent - Civil for a Raleigh, NC project. The role supervises field crews, coordinates Foreman and workers, and ensures safety, quality, and schedule adherence on civil construction work.

You will interpret civil specifications, blueprints, and job orders, plan and direct civil activities, and communicate effectively with crews and clients while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and adjust work sequences to meet civil construction schedule.
• Interpret civil specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed.
• Interpret company policies and enforce safety regulations.
• Plan and direct the civil work activities.
• Direct civil personnel to achieve project completion and schedules.
• Adhere to procedures and standards.
• Perform safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with crews and clients.
• Frequent travel is required.
