Job summary

LeoForce in Rosemont, IL is seeking a mid-level Field Supervisor to lead day-to-day field operations on major infrastructure projects. You will supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in heavy civil construction, a solid understanding of scheduling and cost control, and strong communication. OSHA certification and a relevant degree are preferred; travel minimal.
