Job summary

You will coordinate internal teams, field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to deliver on time and within budget while protecting project margins. Responsibilities span preconstruction, contract administration, budgeting, scheduling, change management, quality, safety, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Cost control and forecasting; CPM scheduling; contract administration; change management
• Working knowledge of construction means and methods
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications
• Proficiency with digital documentation platforms
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and follow-through
• Risk anticipation, composure under pressure, and clear, structured decision-making

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of assigned construction projects
• Coordinate internal teams, field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Ensure contract compliance, cost control, scheduling, quality and safety
• Maintain audit-ready project documentation and dashboards
• Attend meetings, publish agendas, and track action items
• Manage RFIs, changes, and cost/time impacts
• Close out projects with turnover, warranties, and final payments
