Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience with civil and/or heavy highway construction.
• Experience with underground utilities, earthwork, and roadway reconstruction.
• Valid driver's license and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow estimating procedures and bid selection.
• Manage schedules, labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Handle change control and project documentation.
• Address project issues related to schedule, cost, and quality.
