This role requires 5+ years of private and public civil construction project management experience, with emphasis on site development, scheduling, budgeting and coordinating subcontractors. The candidate should be proficient in Excel and able to oversee multiple projects while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of civil construction project management and site development experience.
• Experience managing multiple private and public projects (range $550k – $15M).
• Proficient in Excel and project coordination tasks such as scheduling, labor, materials, subcontractors, change orders, cash flows.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction operations on assigned projects to maximize efficiency and performance.
• Monitor project status and propose improvements to Area Manager on crew size, methods, and quality.
• Control costs and yields within the area of responsibility; manage safety and compliance with laws.
