Job summary

The role emphasizes safety, schedule adherence, and strong collaboration with field teams. A valid driver’s license and 3–5 years of field experience are expected, with preferred certifications in ACI/OSHA.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience performing construction materials testing, observation, or construction administration.
• ACI Field Grade 1, Nuclear Gauge Safety Training, and OSHA10/OSHA30 preferred but not required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in construction-related field preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving history.
• Schedule flexibility.

Job Description

Olsson is seeking a Civil Construction Manager/Inspector to join our team, working on diverse construction projects throughout the Omaha metropolitan area. As a Construction Manager/Inspector, you would be responsible for complex construction projects, managing and overseeing the quality of construction at the project site. In this role you will act as a quality assurance manager representing the owner with regards to all construction activities. Duties include tracking that special inspections and materials testing is being completed, overseeing RFIs and submittals, attendance at project meetings and providing verification overall that the quality documentation of the project is being completed per the owners' requirements.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities
