Position Summary

The Civil Construction Laborer supports a variety of on-site tasks to help complete civil construction projects. Duties include preparing job sites, working with tools and equipment, assisting skilled operators, and performing general labor under the supervision of the Foreman or Crew Leader. Projects include excavation, concrete work, underground utilities, and site cleanup.

Job Requirements

1-2 years of construction or outdoor labor experience preferred (motivated candidates will be trained).

Willingness to learn and work hard in physically demanding environments.

Ability to lift 50-75 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible to operate a company vehicle in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
