Qualifications

• 1–2 years of construction or outdoor labor experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and work hard.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible to operate a company vehicle.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 95%).

Responsibilities

• Assist with general site preparation, including digging, grading, and demolition work.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support the installation of utilities, concrete forms, rebar, and other structural elements.
• Operate small tools and assist with machinery as directed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and use protective equipment as required.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform manual labor such as lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials.
• Follow directions from Foreman, Crew Leaders, and other supervisors.
• Travel to job sites as needed, including short-notice and overnight stays.
