Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Construction experience or telecom/construction exposure preferred.
• Training is available for motivated candidates.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, clean, and maintain construction sites to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Control traffic near active work zones when required.
• Dig trenches, excavations, and foundations; backfill, compact, and grade surfaces with hand/power tools.
• Load, unload, organize, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment per project plans.
• Measure, mark, and lay out work areas using drawings and project requirements.
• Assist with installation of underground conduit, grounding systems, and telecom infrastructure.
