Construction Inspector

Base Pay Range

$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Contract: 9 months with potential extensions on a large civil infrastructure upgrade project for the City’s Reimagine Palafox project.

Requirements:

• Minimum four years of experience in civil construction (grading, sewer, stormwater, asphalt)
• Ability to read civil blueprints/plans
• Willingness to work nights/overtime

Duties:

• Reviewing and interpreting plans and specifications with contractors and subcontractors
• Ensure the quality and adherence to design specifications
• Inspect grades, materials, surfacing applications, stormwater drainage, and sewer installations for compliance with established requirements

Compensation

$25.00/hr to $30.00/hr.
