Qualifications

Ability to read blueprints, grade stakes, and survey markers.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, graders, loaders, trenchers, backhoes, rollers, and compactors.
Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols, policies, and OSHA regulations.
Interpret blueprints, survey markers, and grade stakes for accurate operation.
Dig, backfill, grade, and compact earth per project plans.
Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and trailers.
Assist with manual labor tasks as needed.
