Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 4+ years in Construction Project Representative or related role.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and on-site observations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Observe construction to verify compliance with plans and specs.
• Document day-to-day field activities and measure quantities.
• Prepare for and assist with preconstruction and progress meetings.
• Interact with clients, contractors, and SEH personnel.
• Carry out CAD production using AutoCAD or MicroStation.
• Support proposal development, budgeting, scheduling, and constructability reviews.
