This full-time position targets recent graduates or early-career professionals with a Civil Engineering or Construction Management background and emphasizes teamwork, compliance, and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required) or Construction Management (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in heavy civil construction is preferred, though entry-level candidates with strong academics are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to pass State & Federal background checks to access military bases and Federal facilities.
• Civil Engineer license or active progress toward licensure is a plus.
