Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy in the construction process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required) or Construction Management (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in heavy civil construction preferred, though entry‑level candidates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to pass State & Federal background checks to access military bases and Federal facilities.
  • Civil Engineer license or active progress toward licensure is a plus.
