Qualifications

• Active Wyoming State Bar license required.
• 1–5 years of increasingly responsible legal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of legal services to the Mayor, City Council, city departments, and boards.
• Represent the City in litigation before courts and administrative bodies.
• Prepare pleadings, ordinances, resolutions, contracts, leases, and other documents.
• Assist with criminal prosecutions as needed to support the City Attorney’s Office.
• Coordinate with departments to gather records, track abatement costs, and support enforcement.
