Baltimore County Circuit Court is seeking a qualified Scheduling Specialist to assist in implementing Differentiated Case Management plans for civil and domestic cases. The role includes assigning cases, preparing orders, and coordinating with various offices to maintain calendars for judges and magistrates.
Applicants should have an Associate degree, 3+ years in a court or ADR field, and familiarity with Odyssey Case Management System.
Regular Schedule: 35 hours per week.

Assist in implementation of the Differentiated Case Management (DCM) plans for civil (non-domestic) and domestic cases (pursuant to Maryland Rule 16-202b). Assign cases to appropriate scheduling tracks under the DCM plan. Assists the Central Assignment Office, judges, and magistrates in conducting virtual and in-person scheduling conferences and may lead scheduling conferences as needed.
Associate's degree, from an accredited college or university
One year of experience in a court, law office, or ADR related field.
An additional two years of relevant experience can be substituted for the Associate's degree.
Three or more years of experience in a court, law office, or ADR related field.

This position is a non-merit unclassified position with the Circuit Court for Baltimore County and subject to the personnel policies and procedures adopted by the Court.
The work of this classification is essentially sedentary but may include occasional walking, standing, lifting of boxes, or other limited physical activities.
