We are looking for a Civil CAD Technician to join our Joplin team.

Responsibilities May Include

• Gather data and perform research to support daily projects.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications to gain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
• Conduct various office tasks, including research and preparation of CAD files for construction documents, as well as review deeds and title work information.
• Utilize engineer and survey drawings to create bid documents.
• Prepare precise CAD drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3-D software.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment, demonstrating self-motivation and a strong customer service orientation.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Be available to work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills/Abilities

• 2+ years of CAD related drafting/design experience.
• Proficiency in preparing CAD drawings with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to effectively utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3-D software to create high-quality drawings.
• Strong teamwork skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, even if you don't possess all the desired skills for this position.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients effectively.
