Requirements

• Experience drafting/designing for land development projects
• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency

Responsibilities

• Design, draft, and project management for projects and clients, including land developers and builders in the areas of single/multi-family housing, retail, office, and industrial.
• Civil engineering land development, infrastructure design, and construction document preparation for roads, parking areas, storm drainage systems, stormwater management facilities, utilities-water mains, sanitary sewers, sediment and erosion control and outline specifications.
• Work closely with other team members, local review agencies, and interact with clients.
