The confidential litigation law firm in Marin County, CA is seeking a Civil and Business Litigation Attorney for a full-time, on-site or hybrid role. The successful candidate will develop facts, write clearly, and move civil matters through discovery, negotiation, motion practice, and trial preparation.

This position offers substantive case ownership, meaningful writing and advocacy, and a clearer path to expanded responsibility.

• Civil-litigation experience aligned with the practice and seniority of the role.
• Strong research, writing, case organization, and oral communication.

• Active or eligible state bar admission for attorney roles.

Responsabilidades

• Assess facts, claims, defenses, damages, procedural posture, and client objectives.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, correspondence, and settlement materials.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Manage deadlines and communicate practical recommendations to clients and supervising attorneys.
• Take ownership of assigned matters and keep clients and supervising attorneys informed about deadlines, risk, and next steps.

Pay, Benefits, and Work Arrangement

Base salary: $105,000 - $225,000+
Location: Marin County, CA
Employment: Full Time
Work arrangement: On-site or hybrid in Marin County, CA, subject to court, client, deal, and team needs. The exact office schedule will be confirmed before interview.

The Marin County search accounts for Bay Area compensation and flexibility while placing a premium on polished client service and dependable judgment. Candidates will receive clear information about team structure, expected workload, and how success is measured.
