Outsourcing Staffing Advantage (OSA) seeks an experienced Civil 3D Site Engineer to support residential and multifamily development projects in New York. The role emphasizes hands-on site grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design, with the ability to work independently.

This advanced engineering position requires strong drafting-less design skills, proficiency in Civil 3D, and the judgment to deliver compliant, constructible plans for U.S. urban projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on civil site design experience required.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D is required.
• Knowledge of grading, hydrology, drainage, stormwater, and utility design.
• Experience with U.S. residential/multifamily projects; NY stormwater rules preferred.
• PE license not required, but strong engineering judgment essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site grading, drainage, stormwater plans using Civil 3D.
• Develop surfaces, contours, profiles, feature lines.
• Perform runoff, cut-and-fill, drainage calculations.
• Design storm sewers, infiltration systems, detention facilities.
• Prepare construction drawings and respond to reviews.
