Job summary

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking an experienced Civil 3D Site Engineer to support residential and multifamily development projects in New York. This role requires strong hands-on civil engineering experience, with the ability to independently design site grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility systems.

Key responsibilities include preparing Civil 3D plans, developing surfaces, performing drainage calculations, and designing stormwater networks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on civil engineering experience for site development.
• PE license not required, but strong technical skills and engineering judgment expected.
• Experience with U.S. projects, preferably New York stormwater requirements.
• No drafting-only background; capable of independent site design.

Responsibilities

• Prepare grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility plans using Civil 3D.
• Develop surfaces, contours, profiles, and feature lines.
• Perform runoff, cut-and-fill, drainage, and stormwater storage calculations.
• Design storm sewer networks, drywells, infiltration, and detention/retention facilities.
• Prepare construction drawings and revise plans per reviews.
• Demonstrate hands-on Civil 3D and site development expertise.
