Qualifications

• M.Ed. required.
• Teaching experience in US public schools.
• Experience designing and delivering professional development for educators.
• 5+ years teaching and designing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize content, format, and pedagogy of PD for target audiences.
• Adapt existing learning designs for new audiences and contexts.
• Guide the tech development team on learning design implementations.
• Evaluate PD effectiveness and iterate based on feedback.
• Build and expand networks of educators and potential audiences.
• Deliver DKP and EAD-aligned civics PD for educators nationwide.
• Provide guidance to teachers working with DKP to design PD.
