Job summary

The City of Philadelphia seeks a Producer for PHLgovTV to lead day-to-day operations for original programming and public service announcements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong storytelling and production skills, ensuring quality content aligned with the city's goals.

Successful applicants will have a Bachelor’s degree, with at least two years in video production, and must be able to navigate multiple projects effectively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional video/TV production experience with producing credits.
• Experience producing interviews or public affairs content preferred.
• Philadelphia civic knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage episode pipelines, including scripts and guest booking.
• Create bilingual 90-second PSAs for community outreach.
• Support live government hearing coverage as needed.
