Job summary

MF Professional Services, Inc. is seeking an Organizing Director in Phoenix to lead community organizing, leadership development, and electoral campaigns for MFPS clients Mi Familia Vota and Mi Familia en Acción.

The role focuses on building long-term community power, developing state strategies, and guiding staff through campaigns and field operations. You will collaborate with the State Director and internal teams to ensure goal-driven, compliant, and impactful initiatives while supervising

Qualifications

• Four to six years in community organizing, civic engagement, electoral organizing, advocacy, or related field.
• Three+ years of staff supervision or team-leadership experience preferred.
• Experience developing and managing organizing programs and field operations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze organizing data and adjust campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organizing strategies aligned with priorities, state plans, and goals.
• Integrate Ladder of Engagement into state-level strategies and activities.
• Oversee community engagement, voter registration, GOTV, and issue-advocacy initiatives.
• Establish measurable goals, timelines, and accountability systems.
• Monitor organizing metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Coordinate with data, communications, campaigns, and programs teams.
