Job summary

Qualifications

• M.Ed. degree required.
• Teaching experience in US public schools.
• Experience designing and delivering professional development for educators.
• 5+ years teaching and designing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize the content, format, and pedagogy of professional development offerings to achieve learning outcomes for target audiences.
• Adapt learning designs and materials for new audiences and contexts.
• Guide the tech development team on content and pedagogical intents for online offerings.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of professional learning offerings and suggest revisions.
• Connect with educators and audiences to grow engagement with CLI offerings and the EAD framework.
• Deliver civics professional learning for educators nationwide as requested by schools or organizations.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and support for teachers working with DKP to design and facilitate PD offerings.
