You will develop relationships with constituents, prepare reports, and communicate needs to managers to influence precinct decisions. Successful candidates typically have a Bachelor's degree, 1–3 years in constituent services or outreach, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience may substitute for education.
• 1–3 years of experience in addressing constituent concerns or community engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ability to engage communities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with constituents and organizations in assigned region through strategic outreach.
• Produce timely and well-researched written reports to ensure community needs are part of precinct decisions.
• Communicate community needs to Regional Managers via weekly reports, proposals, and memos.
• Create and execute regional direct action plans to improve civic engagement and empower communities.
• Serve as community liaison at events, presenting certificates and resolutions and speaking publicly.
• Participate in project teams to execute community engagement initiatives.
• Understand policy priorities and clearly communicate issues affecting the Precinct One community.
• Other duties as assigned.
