Job summary

Lionakis in Sacramento, CA seeks an experienced Project Manager for its Civic team to lead architectural projects from concept through construction, coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors while addressing design, code and construction challenges.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in architecture, 10+ years of project experience, and is proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with strong budget/schedule management and team mentorship. Hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent; 10+ years project experience.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, Bluebeam.
• Prepare project management plans and ensure adherence.
• Experience with Civic projects (law enforcement and fire stations).

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept through construction by planning resources, schedules and budgets.
• Guide project teams, coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors, and help resolve design, code and construction challenges.
• Partner with project leads and studio leadership to manage scope changes, control costs and schedules, ensure document quality.
• Oversee finances, contribute to proposals, and foster team development through delegation and collaboration.
