Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead technical tasks from start to finish with scope, progress, and review.
• Develop analytics scopes, schedules, and budgets with planners and engineers.
• Create methods in Python/R and GIS to solve planning problems.
• Present findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and lead trainings.
