Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a hub delivery coordinator to oversee city route schedules and delivery specialists for a multi-store network. The role requires coordinating orders, ensuring parts are ready for delivery, and maintaining an organized delivery area.

Familiarity with automotive parts is preferred, and bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are highly valued. You will monitor routes, enforce schedules, and support store managers in maintaining vehicle readiness and accurate billing.

• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.
• Familiar with automotive parts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee city route schedule, functions, and delivery specialists of hub store to spoke stores.
• Serve as contact person for city delivery service.
• Receive orders from stores by phone or invoice; ensure parts are pulled and ready for delivery by scheduled time.
• Ensure accuracy of each order pulled prior to delivery.
• Maintain organized hub delivery area divided into areas/bins for each spoke store.
• Ensure hub delivery specialists are running on schedule and communicate delays to stores on route.
• Monitor hub system and routes for efficiency, productivity, and cost reductions; communicate recommendations to store manager.
• Ensure team members assigned to hub clock in/out according to policy.
• Research undelivered parts and make necessary billing adjustments.
• Work with store manager to cover route in the absence of regular city delivery specialist.
• Work with store manager and delivery specialist to ensure vehicles are well maintained and inspections completed; log daily mileage.
• Provide input on delivery specialists’ performance for evaluations.
