AirGarage is seeking a City Manager (Seattle) to own operational and financial performance across the city, ensuring parking facilities run smoothly while maximizing revenue. You will build repeatable processes, manage vendors, and develop pricing/enforcement strategies that impact AirGarage's bottom line.

You will balance on-site execution with data-driven decision making, performing site visits, vendor negotiations, and revenue optimization models.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and iterate dynamic pricing strategies for the city portfolio.
• Ensure properties look great and run smoothly by coordinating vendor partnerships.
• Own day-to-day operations and physical appearance of all parking facilities in your region.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting facility performance.
• Coordinate enterprise event rentals and lot closures; oversee event operations.
• Lead Space Force scheduling and program to optimize revenue across Seattle locations.
