Job summary

The Mayor’s Office of Contract Services seeks a senior program manager to enhance performance reporting, equity, and accountability across City agencies. The PMR team will drive data-driven decisions and support multi-agency initiatives.

You will lead cross-agency data projects, supervise analysts, and help set indicators and targets with a focus on improving service delivery across NYC. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and public administration background are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree plus relevant supervisory experience.
• Experience with performance reporting, data collection, or program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Associate Director in managing evaluation and public reporting of agency performance.
• Support collaboration with agencies to ensure data collection and public release of performance measures.
• Supervise analysts and advisors with a focus on portfolio management and staff development.
• Lead capacity-building initiatives and assist with recruitment and onboarding.
