Job summary
Dexian is seeking a Field Sales Rep for City Launch & Merchant Success in the San Francisco area. You will spend 4 days in the field each week, with Fridays for administrative work, engaging with local merchants to drive onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success.
You will own the field launch lifecycle, conduct live walkthroughs, lead merchant trainings, and collaborate with Product, Ops, and GTM teams to expand in new cities. Travel within roughly 100 miles is expected.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in merchant success or related roles.
- Experience in trainings or workshops.
- Strong relationship-building abilities.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with local merchants.
- Support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success.
- Lead city launch lifecycle from preparation to follow-up.
- Conduct live transaction walkthroughs and hands-on support.
- Travel locally to merchant visits and events.
