Job summary

The Oklahoma Municipal League, Inc. seeks a Community Development Director in Enid, OK. You will provide leadership for planning, code enforcement, and CDBG programs, guiding staff and coordinating with the City Commission and other boards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, public administration, architecture, or related field.
• Five years of progressive experience; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of planning, zoning, and building codes; excellent communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and oversight to City of Enid Community Development functions.
• Lead staff, develop land-use plans, and coordinate with boards and commissions.
• Prepare budgets, review building plans, and ensure code compliance.
• Represent the city at meetings and engage with stakeholders.
