Job summary

TrustNet Technologies is seeking a City Project Manager (staff augmentation) to coordinate scheduling with a steering committee and about 25 core team members across departments. The role requires close collaboration with the City Project Manager, Chief Deputy, and project leadership to align staffing, timelines, and governance for a municipal ERP initiative.

Qualifications

• Staffing plan with roles, bios, ERP project experience and expected availability.
• Experience with PeopleSoft, municipal ERP, FIS and HRIS.
• Expertise in cloud ERP platforms and major vendors.
• Knowledge of public safety operations (24/7 police and fire staffing, subpoena processing, compliance).
• Process documentation and improvement; change management; data migration; chart of accounts design.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling with a City Project Manager, steering committee, and about 25 core team members including department leaders.
• Collaborate with the City Chief Deputy and Project Manager as mentioned.
• Comply with constraint that the awarded consultant cannot bid on the later ERP implementation procurement; staff accordingly to staffing plan and staffing decisions.
