Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 2+ years of transportation and/or dispatch experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400.

Responsibilities

• Oversees efficient freight movement through dispatching, supervising, and scheduling pickups and deliveries.
• Optimizes driver and equipment allocation to meet customer demand.
• Supervises loading/unloading and movement of materials.
• Manages driver assignments and shipping data in management systems.
• Trains new hires and provides delivery updates to ensure customer satisfaction.
