Non-CDL employees start at $20.35/hour until CDL is obtained, with up to $2,000 in bonuses for CDL holders. The City offers a comprehensive benefits package including the North Dakota Public Employees Retirement System; employee contributions and employer matching

Competenze

• Two years of increasingly responsible experience operating a public transit bus.
• License: valid commercial driver\'s license with passenger and air brake endorsements or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; knowledge of city geography.

Mansioni

• Transport passengers safely on designated transit vehicle.
• Provide information on maps, schedules, routes, transfer points; assist disabled passengers as needed.
• Operate bus on assigned routes and announce required stops; learn transfer points and times.
• Prepare the bus for daily route; perform pre-trip checks and report issues.
• Drive safely while obeying traffic laws; monitor passengers and pedestrians.
