Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in passenger transportation, human services, or related field.
• Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for senior citizens and persons with disabilities.
• Operate vehicle safely and defensively; obey traffic regulations.
• Fuel and prepare vehicle; inspect; report damage.
• Report mechanical concerns to maintenance personnel.
• Perform fare collection and daily reports.
• Follow dispatch directions and trip manifests; use two-way radio professionally.
• Project a positive image and deliver excellent customer service.
• Adhere to passenger safety, confidentiality and sensitivity standards.
• Respond to public questions and complaints professionally.
