Qualifications

• Five years of professional-level budgetary, programmatic, or related management support experience.
• Bachelor's degree in public administration or related field.
• Supervisory experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plans, oversees, and provides administrative, budgetary, grant, and workflow support to an assigned department.
• Analyses departmental practices and recommends improvements.
• Develops and manages program budgets and grant funds disbursement.
• Coordinates cross-departmental projects and reports to City Council.
• Maintains contracts and manages bid processes and consultant contracts.
• Acts as liaison with community groups and regulatory agencies.
• Prepares agenda reports and presents recommendations.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and prepares financial/operational studies.
